1 frozen banana
1/4 cup gluten-free oats
1 cup vanilla unsweetened plant milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup ice
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1 scoop protein powder of your choice (if desired)
Topping suggestions: hemp seeds or hemp bites, blueberries, bananas, seed butter
1.) Place all ingredients in high-speed blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
2.) Pour into a medium bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
