20 Fantastically Fall Recipes

9/15/2016

Fall is truly my favorite season. All other times of the year I get annoyed with the premature retail displays- Valentine's at New Year's, bikinis when I'm still rockin' my winter weight in a sweater and the list goes on. BUT Fall- oh fall, the leaves, the pumpkins, the sweaters... I'm oh-so ready to embrace the fall and all there is in store.
20 Dietitian Approved Fall Recipes
This is the official first ever "recipe roundup" on KISS in the Kitchen and celebrating fall (a tad bit early) seemed like the perfect theme. These recipes are from some of the best of the best dietitians and food bloggers around (in my humble opinion) and are sure to give your fall menu some inspiration!

What Shannon's clients are saying:

"I really enjoy working with Shannon - she helps me make manageable changes to my life that are effective and lasting but not so drastic that they seem like an impossible challenge. Over the course of the time we have worked together she continues to challenge me to continually improve but is never judgmental if I have slip up a bit. She is always positive and professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to make positive changes to their lifestyle!"
