Yogurt buttons are another super fun (and healthy!) snack your kids will enjoy making and eating! Simply put your kiddo's favorite yogurt (Greek yogurt, if possible, for extra protein!) in a sandwich size ziploc bag, seal it up, cut a hole on the tip and make "buttons" or other fun shapes on parchment paper. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!

Simply mix one part 100% pomegranate juice with one part sparkling water for a simple mocktail that's a great source of hydration and is really pretty :). Pour the mixture into popsicle molds for a yummy summer treat that's sweet without any added sugar, flavors, colors or preservatives!
